ElmRock Inn, The 1770 brick colonial farmhouse nestled in the peaceful countryside of the Hudson Valley, between the beautiful Shawangunk Ridge and the panoramic Catskill Mountains is delighted to offer, on the Weekend of May 9th and 10th a unique murder mystery experience. Guests of the Inn actively participate in the intrigue, the murder and the unraveling of the mystery while enjoying wine and dinner in the unique boutique farmhouse style Inn.

Led by New York based movie and TV actors Sophia Raab Downs and Jason Downs, their acting credits include the movie Hairspray, Law and Order and Saturday Night Live among others. Their expertise in bringing together the characters, introducing the twists in the story and keeping the intrigue moving are what make it an unforgettable weekend. Guests are given their character outlines and costume tips before they arrive. The weekend event begins on Friday evening with a "knife game" to get things started. Saturday early evening finds the guests gathering to begin the intrigue with a champagne toast. As the mystery unfolds they discover the various threads of the story beginning to unravel.

A delicious dinner designed by Chef Mark Suszczynki with an award ceremony and a wrap party finish off the evening.
