Description
Spend 90 minutes consulting with a nationally board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry who is a member of a local private psychopharmacology practice. Holly has extensive experience treating people across the life span who experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, addiction and other mental health challenges. There are many things you could address in this session: Have a diagnostic evaluation for current symptoms, get a 2nd opinion regarding an existing diagnosis or treatment regimen, learn about non-pharmaceutical and/or pharmaceutical approaches to treating symptoms, discuss your family mental health history to find out whether you, your children or prospective children are at risk, identify your risk factors for mental illness and how you may reduce, eliminate or compensate for them.
Special Instructions
Holly Ellison, NPP has a fee for service private practice and should the winning bidder request further sessions beyond the initial session, the rate is $75 per 30 minute appt.
Consultation to be scheduled at a mutually convenient time, but must be used within one calendar year of the auction's end. Appts are weekdays only with daytime and evening hours as Holly's schedule allows. Waiting time for an initial appointment/consultation is typically 2 to 4 weeks.
