At a mutually agreed date, the Manion + Martin architectural design team will meet with you for a walk-through of your home, and discuss ways to make more efficient use of space. This includes re-thinking existing spatial layouts to better match actual life patterns, re-invigorating wasted or under-utilized space, and incorporating environmentally friendly materials and green-centric fixtures and equipment. The creative team includes the firm's Principal Architect, Carib Daniel Martin, and a LEED AP BC+D Designer, Gabriela Leniz, bringing a combined experience of over 30 years to assist you in defining how to evolve your home into a more sustainable, efficient, and pleasurable space.

The on-site walk-through will take approximately two hours, and will include a personal/family interview. This will be followed up with a written re-cap of ideas discussed and proposed direction.
