Want a taste of Germany without leaving your home?  Mann chef Christine Dieterich will make a scrumptious German apple cake.  Native of Germany, Christine has spent many hours baking with our kids in the Horace Mann kitchen. Now's your chance to sample one of her delicious cakes. 

Using an old German recipe, the cake is made of apples and almonds with a crisp crust.
