Everyone has an inner athlete waiting to be discovered! And it's even more fun to do so with a friend!

The three (3) lessons can be for any sport suggested by the recipient, and each lesson will last one hour. The lessons will help the participants develop their skill set and knowledge of the sport. At the Fundamentals Academy, we promote the fundamentals of the game, and mentor our students through the lessons.
