Nothing like sitting around a big table piled high with freshly boiled spicey crawfish! Up to 75 lbs. of live crawfish are flown in from Louisiana exclusively for this scrumptious shellfish feast at Carter and Cole Brown's.

Our traditional boil includes crawfish, corn, potatoes, and lots of spice. Louisiana beer and the famous Hurricane Cocktail from NOLA's Pat O'Brien's will help cool you off. If you're allergic to shellfish, hate getting messy, or frown upon over-consumption of alcohol, this party is not for you! Laissez les bon temps rouler!
