3.Zereshk Polo Morgh: saffron rice with special berries (Zeresk) served with chicken

4.Khoresh Gheimeh Bademjoon: saffron rice served with special stew: yellow split peas, beef, and eggplant with tomatoes & tomato sauce.

5. Ghormeh Sabzi: saffron rice served with special stew: sauted herbs & vegetables (parsley, cilantro, chives, spinach) and cooked with meat and red kidney beans along with dried lemon and lemon juice.

6.Tah Chin Morgh: saffron rice cooked with chicken and yogurt-egg sauce.

7. Loobia Polo: saffron rice with meat and green beans cooked with chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce.
