Kelly Rodholm will lead 8 participants in a hands-on Italian cooking class.  For your "Cucina Italiano" you will be making typical Tuscan 'crostini', bruschetta, Ligurian  Focaccia, fresh pasta, Tagliatelle with Porcini Mushroom Sauce and Tiramisu.

You bring nothing – just come ready to cook!  Enjoy the fruits of your labor along with accompanying Italian red and white wines.  Mange bene!

Kelly and her husband Peter Rodholm moved to Washington Park in Denver in 2011 after 15 years in London, England.   Most recently, Kelly taught cooking classes and ran a B&B in their London home.  For 12 years she headed the ‘American Women of Surrey’ hiking group, a weekly venture into the British countryside, always ending at a pub for lunch.   In addition, Kelly leads hiking trips in England, France, Italy and Norway.   Kelly and Peter have two adult sons.
