When creating your customized space, Columbine Design sometimes uses SketchUp, a 3-D modeling software designed specifically for use in the conceptual phase of design. Plan views are sometimes difficult to visualize as a homeowner. To avoid all surprises, our landscape designers can use the SketchUp software to make the outdoor spaces literally pop up and come to life prior to the installation process. One beneficial element is the ability to see the plant material as mature trees and shrubs, eliminating overplanting and overbearing plantings.
