"Bo (Bo Barrett is the winemaker) says this lovely dark garnet is the best wine he’s ever made, and apparently, he’s not known for making such statements very often.  It sees 20% new oak with a medium toast and exhibits a deep cassis/sea air bouquet.  The big rich fruit speaks for itself without any frills or cosmetics, showing black currant/cassis/dark chocolate flavors in a tight young package.  This obviously needs years to show everything it has, but all the elements are there for a great Cab."
