One week vacation in Cape May Point. Modest 700 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms (2 twin beds in each room) and 1 bathroom, sleeps 4, front screen porch and a deck in front and rear of the house. Security Deposit Required. The dates of the (7 day 6 night) week to be mutually agreed upon between the winning bidder and the owner of the house. Summer and fall dates are available. The maximum occupancy is (2 adults and 3 children) or (4 adults).

Cape May Point is a beautiful vacation spot at the southern tip of NJ, 3 to 3 ½ hrs from NYC. From the house it’s an easy walk to lovely Cape May Point beaches. The point includes beaches that are closer to the Delaware Bay and have small waves to beaches more on the ocean side and have larger waves. Sunset Beach is the best spot to see the sunset over the water (Delaware Bay end of the point). The point is a famous spot to watch dolphins that can easily be seen from the shore beaches. Take a quick bike ride to the Cape May Point State Park. The Park has a lovely lighthouse that is open to the public, nature trails with boardwalks though wetlands, a bird observatory, and a fantastic little museum with free children’s programs offered throughout the summer. The point is one of the best spots to watch bird migration and people come from all over the country to witness the migration of birds in September and October. The famous Victorian town of Cape May is 10 minutes away and offers great ocean beaches with larger ocean waves, a boardwalk, arcade, shopping, restaurants mini golf, and horse and carriage rides through the historic town.

This home is a real get away - The very small TV has basic cable, there is no internet access from the house although cell phone service is available. There is free internet access available at the Cape May town library which is a wonderful library with a great children’s room.  Bring your own towels. There is no washer or dryer.
