Description
The Dogwood class's Spanish Celebration basket contains all sorts of delicious Spanish delicacies for a lovely tapas spread (olives, roasted Piquillo peppers, Marcona almonds, sardines in olive oil, chorizo) as well as ingredients to whip up a mean paella (smoked paprika, olive oil, and Valencian sofrito, to name just a few). Tapas plates included along with a copy of Jose Andres' book Tapas: a Taste of Spain, a delicious bottle of Spanish red, and the 75th anniversary edition everyone's favorite Spanish children's classic book: Ferdinand.
