Four sessions of private yoga/yoga therapy. These private, 90 minute sessions offer a great opportunity to begin a yoga practice for your health, energy, weight loss, and/or specific physical needs in the privacy of your own home. Sessions are for both students who are already familiar with yoga and want to enhance their practice or for absolute beginners who have never tried or are intimidated by yoga studios - and everyone in between!
Aimee Willis is a certified Yoga Alliance instructor. She will come to your home and help you start your yoga practice now. Good for anyone and everyone -- young or old, chronic injuries or illness, or if you just want to get back on track to good health. Yoga is a fantastic way to calm the mind and free yourself from stress AND get in shape while doing it!
