Eri Sugimoto's handmade decorative ceramic plate features delicate hand cut stencils and is food and microwave safe.  Handwashing is recommended.  Measures 6 in. x 6 in.

Eri's pottery is very unique with her original pattern. These patterns are hand-cut for only one-time use so each product is different. 

All tableware items are microwave and dishwasher safe.

About the artist: Eri was born in Tokyo and raised in Yokohama, Japan.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and her Master of Design in Industrial Design and worked as an industrial designer in Japan.  Through her career as a designer, she was introduced to the world of clay and started with handbuilding building pottery in a studio in Tokyo.  In 2005, she moved to Austin, Texas.  After relocating to California in 2006, she learned wheel throwing.  She currently resides in Orange County where she works in her studio.

Her works are frequently featured at fine retailers, the Craft and Folk Art Museum in LA, and at craft shows including in Beverly Hills and San Francisco and on etsy at eripottery.
