Executive Chef and Partner at Bin 36 Restaurant Group for over 10
years. Prior to Bin 36, John was Chef de Cuisine for Gary Danko,
Executive Chef at his own restaurant, Socca. John also worked in
California, as Executive Chef at Ondine, Jordan Winery, Napa Valley
Grille and Campton Place Hotel.
