Jump and Jam is the Twin Cities' largest indoor trampoline and laser tag center! If your children are literally bouncing off the walls, now you have a place where you can take them to safely work that energy out of their systems.

Your children may bounce, jump, flip and flop to their heart’s content, working out all that extra energy at Jump and Jam's 10,000 square-feet of trampoline space. When they need a break from jumping - they can head to the 3,000 square-foot laser tag area.

Jump and Jam offers a unique place to have birthday parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, teen parties, and group events such as family reunions and corporate team building activities.
