Billy Dolan is a painter currently residing in Pennsylvania.  He graduated from the University of the Arts in 2010 with a degree in Fine Arts Drawing and Painting.  Working primarily in watercolor and ink, he paints a lot of birds, as well as many other animals, people, and imaginary monsters doing goofy things.  Pieces range in tone from serious to very childlike and playful.
