From the chef: I am Brian Howell or " Uncle B" for the last 20 years, I have been making BBQ or working the grill for as long as I can remember. On a couple of occasions I have even had to make Christmas dinner on the grill because of power outages. Now I'm not just talking about grilling a turkey, I mean the whole meal. That green bean casserole was extra special that year.
I grew up in Florence, Alabama, the northwest corner of the state. That's where I learned how to make that delicious white BBQ sauce that everyone has come to love here in Phoenixville, Pa. I have been very fortunate over the years and had the opportunity to live in many places across these great United States. While out in El Paso, Tx , I developed my delicious chipotle BBQ sauce, and my mouth watering brisket rub.
