A mycological kitchen-countertop-science-experiment, perfect for foodies, gourmands, epicures, locavores, vegans, paleo helath-conscious cousins, nature lovers, show-and-tell grade-schoolers and as hard-to-please hostess gifts.  It requires no more commitment than a house plant.  Several harvests will occur over a period of 6-8 weeks, yielding up to 4 pounds of Golden Oyster Mushrooms.  Instructions are provided on misting, fruiting, harvesting, storage and perparation of your mushrooms.

Each kit is made by hand at our farm in Spring City, PA, weighs 5 lbs, and contains sustainably grown wheat straw, organic rye berries and Golden Oyster mushroom mycelium.
