Choice #1 -- a delivery of hot Organic French Rack of Lamb BBQ ala The Armenian Don when you want and where you want.
Choice #2 -- demonstration of the preparation of the recipe for Organic French Rack of Lamb BBQ ala The Armenian Don at the location of your choosing. Option 2 requires an onsite gas, charcoal, or wood grill provided by you or your designate. The Armenian Don and his trusty sous chef Lulu will show up with their digital thermometer, ingredients, and demonstrate the recipe to its completion and then skedaddle.
The Armenian Don starts with two pounds of organic lamb or about 16 ribs. Ingredients are black pepper, powdered Cayenne pepper (or no Cayenne if you prefer, but the "original" recipe calls for Cayenne), a careless whisper of sea salt, and organic BBQ sauce (or a substitution of your own BBQ sauce if you prefer).
