All interactions will occur via email, phone or text--perfect for the homeowner with a busy schedule.  The winner of the auction will be sent a questionnaire that helps assess his/her needs and style preferences.  The homeowner is responsible for sending the room dimensions, including any existing furnishings he/she wants included in the new room design. 

rjcDESIGN will work with any budget you choose.  

The rjcDESIGN signature is a stylish and fun combination of colors, patterns, materials, styles and textures.  I believe everything should be functional and comfortable, and I find the best-looking ways to achieve top functionality while staying on budget.  

e-DESIGN DELIVERABLES:
1.       FLOOR PLAN: accurate AutoCAD/PDF layout showing where everything should go
2.       STORYBOARD: visual representation of rjcDESIGN recommendations
3.       SHOPPING LIST: room description with store names/websites/item names/prices
4.       BUDGET: Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with itemized breakdown and subtotals of all recommendations
5.       1 ROUND OF REVISIONS: after reviewing initial recommendations, please give feedback & questions.  Everything will be updated as needed to provide you with a revised floor plan, storyboard, shopping list & budget.
