Get in the ring with Teachers Nick Foote & Marc Saguid!! This one-hour class is for 4-6 adults and/or kids. Equipment and refreshments will be provided, including subs from Jersey Mikes. There are souvenirs for participation. If this ends up being an adult class we will meet at a designated location for refreshments after the workout.
