A true collector's item for a 49ers Fan. This 2012 NFC Champions Limited Edition Commemorative football is not available to the general public. Only 1000 of these footballs were created. It has been signed by Justin Smith, nicknamed "The Cowboy", San Francisco 49ers Defensive End.
Smith was selected for four consecutive Pro Bowls from 2009 to 2013. His other awards include:

- 3× All-Pro (2011, 2012, 2013)
- Ed Block Courage Award (2010)
