Enjoy a 90 minute massage with Sarah Smith, LMT of The Integrative Studio, a nationally certified and licensed massage therapist with a decade of experience in the healing arts. The session will be designed to meet your needs and can include myofascial release, orthopedic, neuromuscular, thai, and craniosacral massage. Sarah’s vision is to provide an optimal healing experience for each client by using a combination of massage techniques that support the client's healing process.  

Sarah has received certifications in Orthopedic Massage at MTI, Thai Massage with Mac Therdchai in Thailand, and currently studying Advanced Myofascial Techniques with Til Luchau.  She has also studied Craniosacral, Reiki, and Sports Massage.   Sarah’s love of yoga practice and the continual insights it provides on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level all play a part in each session.

The Integrative Studio is located on the Pineland Campus in New Gloucester, ME.
