Description

A "Mola" is a traditional form of artistry originating in Central America. They are colorful fabric panels, sewn with a reverse-appliqué technique and used for decorative purposes, as on clothing or furniture or as a wall hanging.  


This "Mola" measures 14.25" x 14.25" framed and is a piece made by the Kuna people of Panama.  Features brown and navy blue fabric is a geometric pattern and incredibly intricate stitching.
