Antonia's Pizzeria continues to use 100% olive oil in the crust. They still make and mix the pizza and spaghetti sauce by hand using over 12 different seasonings.  They still prepare, make and cook their meatballs by hand.  At Antonia's they can promise their customers that they will be getting fresh food loaded with flavor.
