In-Home Culinary Feast with Chef David Turgelsky. Dave will come to your home, cook your family an amazing meal, and even clean-up!

Dave will prepare the meal in your home for up to 6 people. He has worked in restaurants in Martha's Vineyard, California and within Maine. He has been offered to be a guest chef at the renowned Portio Ski Resort in Chile, which he hopes to return to and prepare one day.

Sample Menu:

Appetizer- Oysters on the half shell or Salmon Cakes, Caesars Salad with fresh anchovies

Entree- Grilled fish option or Maine Seafood Stew

Desserts to be provided by Dave's daughters- warm chocolate cookies and local Maine ice cream.

Final menu coordination TBD with winning bidder. Must live in Southern Maine/NH up to Sugarloaf. Culinary Feast from start to clean-up-in your home on a mutually agreed upon Friday or Saturday night prior to July 1st, 2014, prepared by Dave Turgelsky.
