Thank you so much Derek Anderson! Scenic Heights' students had an inspiring visit from this giving and talented children's author in February. He left 2 (two) 24" x 36" Ink drawings of famed Hotrod Hamster with our school - the kids watched him draw both. Drawing is signed by Derek Anderson: "To my friends at Scenic Heights" and dated 2/26/14.
Our dedicated media specialist, Melinda Barry and Paraprofessional Cindy Olson donated one of these very special souvenirs to our fundraiser. Thank you to these ladies who inspire all of our Scenic Heights kids! There is a framed example currently in the Scenic Heights Media Center!
