Four Monkey Wines, one of Arizona’s new wineries, produces quality wines at reasonable prices. The winery produces the Playful Monkey, a Cabernet Sauvignon, a 2007 Governor’s Choice Wine Competition Silver Medal Winner.  The other three wines are the Sinful Monkey, the Naughty Monkey and the Cheeky Monkey—encompassing two reds and two whites, all representing individual personalities. Four Monkey Wines offers tastings located at the Village of Elgin Winery.

Naughty Monkey is a sweet Moscato Bianco that you will enjoy as a desert wine. When you sip Naughty Monkey, you will notice flavors of melon, apricot, and honey. It’s a refreshing wine that you can enjoy on sweltering summer nights all by itself, or you can pair it with lighter dishes, such as seafood.

Four Monkey’s flagship wine is the Playful Monkey. This is a Cabernet Sauvignon that contains hints of berry and tobacco, and it pairs perfectly with a steak or some rich, dark chocolate.
