$25 Gift Card to Proper restaurant.
Proper is the latest endeavor from SLO Restaurant Concepts, which began in Flagstaff, Arizona, with the award-winning Brix Restaurant and Wine Bar and Criollo Latin Kitchen. We are proud to be part of Tucson’s downtown revival and occupy 3,000 square feet, including a 12-seat casual meeting room, at the corner of at 5th Avenue and Congress Street in the historic Rialto Building.
Proper serves brunch and dinner 7 days a week, with late service until midnight every day and happy hour specials Monday through Friday. Our upscale menu features fresh, straightforward food with quality ingredients from local and regional sources whenever possible. Everything from jam to churros to pork belly is prepared in house — we even plan to open a butcher and charcuterie shop next door! — and special dietary needs can usually be accommodated upon request.
Like all SLO concepts, Proper focuses our food and business practices on the sustainable, local, and organic. To accomplish this, we have leveraged the talents of local craftspeople and artisans in the creation of our space, using reclaimed materials like beetle-kill pine and wood salvaged from the historic Rialto itself. We have also forged partnerships with a number of local and regional farmers, ranchers, brewers, winemakers, and vendors, many of which are included in the Arizona foodshed map below.
Proper is open 7 days a week, excepting some holidays

Special Instructions
Gift cards, admission passes, gift certificates, and service vouchers will be mailed to the winner at the address listed in your Bidding for Good profile.
All other items must be picked up at Access Tucson Community Media (124 E. Broadway Blvd—SE corner of Broadway and 6th Ave). We are open Tuesdays 4pm-9pm, Fridays 2pm-10pm and Saturdays 2pm-10pm.
If you opt not to pick up, shipping and handling is paid for by the winner.
Please contact us if you need to make arrangements for pick up outside of building hours or if you want to add additional USPS services to your package like insurance, registered mail or signature confirmation, etc.
