Do you have hundreds of digital pictures living on your camera? Are they languishing there, waiting to be downloaded and organized? Assistance is on the way. GDS tech faculty member Marti Weston will spend 2 hours at your house or School helping you download your digital camera files -- in a MAC or PC environment -- and making suggestions about how to organize them on your computer. The session will also include a lesson on how to edit giant image files that come off your camera, making the resolution web ready for emailing, texting, or uploading to social networks. A tour of Google's Picasa can be included, as can be a lesson on how to upload to blogs. She'll show you her blog as an example, at MediaTechParenting.net, which is a great resource to consult for so many parenting and technology issues!
