An entire section of the menu has been dedicated to shellfish, showcasing freshly shucked oysters, snow crab claws and the three tiered “Grand Plateau” which is piled high with an array of chilled seafood.  Steeped in tradition, dishes like Duck à l’Orange and Coq au Vin have been reinvented and are featured in a modern expression of the “Plat du Jour.”
