Quay offers a sports lounge equipped with 45 plasma TVs or a dining room & atrium serving elegant dinner & drinks. Quay's inviting atmosphere incorporates elements of water, including floor-to-ceiling windows with a breathtaking view of the Chicago River. The adjoining dockside patio provides 2,000 ft of waterside seating for al fresco dining & drinks.

The Executive Chef, Dan Marquis, owns & operates a 20-acre farm in Sheffield, IL and has created Quay's menu using fresh grown herbs, microgreens, squash, eggplant, & more from the farm. Chef Marquis explains, "Our produce is started in the early spring in our greenhouse & transplanted to the fields. We are dedicated to organic & sustainable practices and have hand-picked all of the produce to be grown according to the menu, taking the farm to table approach to a whole new level."
