Join Mixmaster Extradoinairre Robert Briones & his lovely Mix Mistress Tina Briones for this fantastic evening of mixology and mingling on Saturday, May 17th from 7 PM until the party feels like it's over!

The night will begin with, what else?  A delicious cocktail of course!  Unwind in the Briones' lovely backyard and nibble on hors d'oeuvres with friends.  But don't get too comfortable.  You've got some shakin' and stirrin' to do!  Robert will be teaching you his secrets on how to mix some of the best cocktails you've ever tasted! 

In total, each guest will learn how to make 5 different cocktails from gin, aged rum and bourbon. However, you will learn that an infinite number of cocktails can be created from these liquors when adding different mixers and secret ingredients.  Endless variations to try!  You can create something that is appealing to any palate.

Each guest will have the opportunity to experiment and mix to their heart's delight until they've created perfection in a glass.  (Of course there's bound to be trial and error and lots of sampling and re-sampling until you get it just right!)  Following the instructional, you will enjoy the fruits of your labor and a traditional steakhouse dinner featuring sliced ribeye, complete with wedge salad, potatoes au gratin, creamed vegtables, and hearty red wine to match. 

Each guest (or couple) will receive a lovely parting gift bag filled with some essential bartender's tools so you can continue your mixing adventures at home.
