Revolution Dance Center began in 1996 out of owner, Julie Kay Stallcup's desire to live out her dream and her life purpose of passing on her passion for dance and life to children and young adults in the Crescenta Valley.  "Some people were born to be doctors, I was born to be a dance teacher . . . it is what I live and breathe for" says Julie Kay.  

After almost seven years in Los Angeles, teaching and managing several other dance studios, Julie Kay decided to open up her own studio so that she could make sure that her philosophy about dance and dance education was the backbone of her studio.  Julie brought together her dance teacher friends (and soon to be friends) to form the RDC dance teacher family that gives its best everyday to make sure its students receive not only the best in technical dance training but dance education in a safe, supportive, family environment where each dancer is appreciated for their own unique gifts and talents.
