Canele's namesake is pronounced "cah·nah·lay," although the chef sometimes jokingly says "can·nel·lo·ni." Don't let her fool you. Their moniker comes from a luscious little molded dessert originally from Bordeaux.
They shop at local farmer’s markets, seeking food that is direct, simple, comforting, but irresistibly tasty and have built the dining room to be welcoming and unpretentious. Canele aims to create a dining experience as satisfying, even as wondrous, as their namesake.
Winning bidder will receive a gift certificate good towards dinner for two, Tuesday - Thursday. Includes a "Beginning," "Middle," and "End" dish. Check out their menu to see what delicious treats they have in store for you! (Does not include alcohol and gratuity).
