Whether you are an experienced Yoga enthusiast, or just interested in finding out what Yoga is about and what it can do for you, there are classes for you.
Classes range from Power Yoga to Gentle Yoga, and also include Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, TGR Yoga, Sunrise Yoga, Chair Yoga, and classes that incorporate and extend yoga or support other body awareness and flexibility techniques, such as Express Stretch, Pilates, Poolates (yes, Pilates in water), Aqua Arthritis, Feldenkrais, Gentle Tai-Chi, Bodyflow, CxWorx, NIA, and Meditation.
Yoga classes are offered 7 days a week, and depending on the day of the week, start as early as 5:45AM and as late as 7:45PM, as of the April 2014 monthly class schedule.
Your two month membership also includes a personal evaluation, goal setting, and custom exercise routine designed for you by a certified fitness expert, using the facilities at the Princeton Fitness and Wellness Center, the region's most spectacular, professional and comprehensive medically-based fitness and wellness center.
