Master lace knitter, Jean Porter, of Brooklin, is offering lace knitting lessons for you or a group of up to four people. This will be two 2-hour sessions at her home. The lessons can be geared to any level of experience and to your particular interest in lace knitting.

An Estonian lace shawl by Jean was one of the highlights of this January's Brooklin Fiber Arts exhibit at the library. If you were lucky enough to see it, you know how breathtaking her work is. Whether you are a beginner at lace knitting or more experienced, whether you want help with the basics or could use tips for more advanced work, you couldn't find a better mentor.
