You and up to five friends are invited to discover Philippe Melka’s only Oakville project with a tour, tasting and lunch at Kristine Ashe Vineyards in Napa Valley. Explore the 26-acre private estate located in the heart of Oakville, Napa’s most renowned appellation, as you spend the afternoon learning a bit about how they make modern wines the old way – completely by hand. From vineyard management to winemaking practices, Entre Nous Vineyard uses time-honored techniques for each step of the process to unlock a purity of fruit which cannot be achieved by more mechanical methods. Each berry of every grape cluster is manually de-stemmed, and that’s just the beginning… Only 500 cases of their three estate wines are produced each year.
