Children between the ages of 7 and 13 can start to learn the basics of fencing with 2 beginner classes at Manhattan Fencing Center.

Manhattan Fencing Center is located on 39th Street, between 7th and 8th Avenue. Their facilities are specially designed for fencing. Their coaches are all world-class instructors who have coached or fenced at Olympic and National levels. Beginning youth classes last 1.5 hours and are offered in either saber or foil. All classes conclude with supervised fencing bouts.
