If you are the winning bidder, you won't have to arrive at 5:30pm to get a great seat at the May 20 Band Concert that starts at 7:00pm. Mr. Smiley will have 2 great seats reserved for you in the front row (let him know which band you have come to see so that he reserves the seats in the right section).
