This is your chance to grab a group of buddies and spend the day deep sea fishing together off the North Carolina coast! GCS Parent and captain of "The Black Pearl," Monte Atkins II, is offering this one day adventure for up to 6 people. All fishing gear and bait will be provided as you fish for dolphin, tuna, wahoo, marlin, swordfish and sailfish. The Black Pearl will set sail from The Pirate's Cove Yacht Club in Manteo, NC, and the winning bidder can expect a full day of fishing (between 8-12 hours). You keep the fish that you catch, which will be stored on ice during the fishing trip. Fish cleaning is available upon return to port and costs approximately 35 cents per pound.

Group members will need to provide their own food and beverages. Also, you will need to bring a cooler to transport your catch home following the fishing trip.

Each fisherman must obtain a North Carolina Saltwater Fishing License (the cost is $10 for a 10-day Coastal Recreational Fishing License). Licenses may be purchased online at www.ncwildlife.org.

Winning bidder is responsible for getting to Manteo, NC as well as for arranging the specific date of the fishing trip with Monte Atkins  The trip must be scheduled for a date between April 30, 2014 and October 31, 2014.
