This yellow R-1 Rescue Robot from Rocket USA is a very simple all-tin, battery-operated toy. Standing 12" tall, the skirted robot features Bump 'n Go action, flashing top light and eyes, and clasping hands. Styled in the image of the classic 1950's "Gang of Five" robots and now getting hard to find, this version depicts Astronaut Pilots in the cockpit of the belly of the Robot. R1 was produced in many styles by Rocket USA, but they are now discontinued and sold out. Box and robot are in excellent condition. Batteries not included.
