Vienna Wilson teaches Pilates and provides strategic muscle release to meet the specific needs of each client. The solution-oriented medical massage is supported by advanced training in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Systemic Balancing and Relaxation, Sports Massage, Pre/Post Natal, Acupressure, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

Sports and medical massage is a results-oriented treatment for chronic tension and/or particular injury.  Since pain patterns often stem from complex underlying causes, Vienna typically addresses the whole body during a session. Her approach is informed and uses appropriate pressure and technique depending upon the needs of the tissue. The comprehensive plan helps to integrate the work and relax the nervous system. Vienna also uses strategic muscle release techniques in movement sessions to assist client progress.
