The house is located in Water Mill, north of the highway, 10 minutes from beaches and minutes from the towns of Bridgehampton, Southampton, and closest to Water Mill town. Surrounded by farmers' markets and "pick-your-own" farms. The house is very kid friendly, well maintained and in excellent condition.
