This beautiful glass lamp, painted by the Green Mallard children, was inspired by a lesson on “Rainbows” during R week.  The children were taught that rainbows are made by rain and sunlight, and are light and not solid. They also discussed rainbows’ warm and cool colors. The children chose four of their favorite rainbow colors and collaborated to paint the glass panel of this lamp. The light shines through and brings out the beautiful colors of the rainbow!
