Executive Chef Michelle Weaver's ambitious four-sectioned menu offers appetizers and entrees grouped into distinct moods: Pure, Lush, Cosmopolitan, and Southern. “Pure” focuses on fresh ingredients in simple preparations, “Lush” delivers lavish French fare, “Cosmopolitan” explores exotic and imaginative cuisine, and “Southern” is the Grill's take on local favorites. A minimum of three nights or a Saturday night stay is required. AAdvantage miles may be earned in accordance with the terms and conditions of the AAdvantage frequent flyer program.
