Sol Food began by selling their food at the San Rafael Farmers Market in 2003. Sol Food is incredibly fresh Puerto Rican Food with unique and delicious flavor combos, also known for their homemade sauces. You can buy a bottle in the restaurant to have at home- Pique Hot Sauce and Lemon Garlic Sauce. Come visit one of these three locations! Sol has a passion for her Puerto Rican culture and a love of food, evidenced by the interior design of the restaurants and the quality of each item on the menu.
