Spend one hour at Woody's continuous pitch Batting Cages in Herndon, which offers practice facilities for baseball and softball players of all skill levels. Bats and helmets are provided.

Choose from:

• Three slow softball cages (underhand toss), perfect for beginners and adult softball.


• One fast-pitch softball cage (65 mph), fit for high school softball.


• Or five baseball cages (45-85 mph).
