The Carlos team now invites everyone to The Kitchen, a brand new, state of the art culinary facility located within the heart of the Cake Factory. Here, students have the opportunity to learn Valastro family recipes and Carlo's Bakery tricks of the trade from our cooking, baking, and decorating classes.

You must be 10 years of age or older for decorating classes and 16 years of age or older for cooking or baking classes. Participants younger than 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult enrolled in the class.
